Windows XP - Create one click shutdown shortcut
Let’s go for XP tip for today. But before that, as you can see, I have used a custom domain for my blog. I’ve moved my blog from http://dx-xel.blogspot.com/ to http://dx-xel.net/. All of my previous blog URLs will be redirect to my brand new domain. It was pretty cool. Hehe.. Next time, I will show you step by step on how I move my blog to my own domain.
Ok, back to the topic. This is how you can create a shortcut on your desktop and when ever you click at it, your Windows will be shutdown.
Step 1
Right click on your desktop > New > Shortcut
Step 2
You will see a pop-up window. Enter SHUTDOWN -s -t 01
Note: Enter c:\windows\rundll.exe user.exe,exitwindows (if you’re using Windows95, Windows98 or ME)
Click the Next button and name the shortcut as Shutdown, Turn Off, Stop or whatever. Then click Finish. DONE.
Optional:
1. You can make a keyboard shortcut for that icon and by pressing them, you will be able to shutdown Windows. Right click to that shortcut icon > Properties. Click the Shortcut key’s textbox and press the combination of keys that you prefer (e.g. Ctrl-Alt-Q)
Click the Apply button and then OK.
2. You also can change the shortcut icon. (Image at the top). Right click to the shortcut > Properties and click the Change Icon… button. Select any icon you prefer, click OK. Then, click the Apply and OK button.
By now, you should be able to shutdown Windows with a single click. That’s all for today…Yeahh!!!

What is HijackThis?
HijackThis is a program originally developed by Merijn Bellekom, a Dutch student studying chemistry and computer science. One of Merijn's programs, Hijackthis, is an essential utility to help find and remove spyware, viruses, worms, trojans and other pests.
This is a basic guide to understanding the HijackThis logs, what specific sections mean and some tips on reading it yourself. Although its best to have a knowledgeable person help you examine the Hijackthis log and decide what to remove, its helpful to have a basic understanding of what the different sections mean and how they work.
In March 2007, Merijn sold Hijackthis to TrendMicro because he didnt have the time and energy to update it and support it. Trend Micro has incorporated many of Merijn's changes, updates, and fixes and released a version 2 of Hijackthis.

New Features
The newest feature of HijackThis 2.0 is a button called AnalyzeThis that will upload your HijackThis log to the TrendSecure website and compare it to other uploaded log files. You can see a sample screenshot by clicking here. Unfortunately I was hoping for more from this feature, although it does give you a rough estimate of the number of users that have a particular file in their logs as well. For the novice user however this doesnt explain WHAT the file does and if its really a threat or not. A better online tool to analyze the Hijackthis logs is found at http://www.hijackthis.de. There you can either cut and paste a copy of your HijackThis log or upload a log file from your computer to analyze. This information returned from the HijackThis.DE site is much more helpful in determining good and bad items in the log. For a screenshot of the Hijackthis.de analysis click here.
There appear to be other minor modifications as well.

This is a basic guide to understanding the HijackThis logs, what specific sections mean and some tips on reading it yourself. Although its best to have a knowledgeable person help you examine the Hijackthis log and decide what to remove, its helpful to have a basic understanding of what the different sections mean and how they work.
In March 2007, Merijn sold Hijackthis to TrendMicro because he didnt have the time and energy to update it and support it. Trend Micro has incorporated many of Merijn's changes, updates, and fixes and released a version 2 of Hijackthis.

New Features
The newest feature of HijackThis 2.0 is a button called AnalyzeThis that will upload your HijackThis log to the TrendSecure website and compare it to other uploaded log files. You can see a sample screenshot by clicking here. Unfortunately I was hoping for more from this feature, although it does give you a rough estimate of the number of users that have a particular file in their logs as well. For the novice user however this doesnt explain WHAT the file does and if its really a threat or not. A better online tool to analyze the Hijackthis logs is found at http://www.hijackthis.de. There you can either cut and paste a copy of your HijackThis log or upload a log file from your computer to analyze. This information returned from the HijackThis.DE site is much more helpful in determining good and bad items in the log. For a screenshot of the Hijackthis.de analysis click here.
There appear to be other minor modifications as well.

Each line in a HijackThis log starts with a section name. (For technical information on this, click 'Info' in the main window and scroll down. Highlight a line and click 'More info on this item'.)

ComboFix is a program, created by sUBs, that scans your computer for known malware, and when found, attempts to clean these infections automatically. This tool is so powerful that you are advised not to run this program without supervision. Well if you’re about to format your hard drive as your last resort in removing that annoying malware, then who needs supervision. Just run this program and you might not have to format your hard drive anyway…
This tool has saved my life a lot of times and those who I helped too. I’ve proven the effectivity of this tool many times but not all the time. It failed me once when the infection was so strong that I cannot run ComboFix effectively.

Thank you for all that you have given me
That night that our paths crossed was as if a magnetic force joined us. It seemed as if I forgot to wake up that morning and face true reality. As our eyes connected it seemed too fresh and real to be a dream. The fire, the strength, the longing to be loved, words were not needed as we stared and watched as the world closed in and stopped at these two souls connected like the center point of an eye.
I remember when we first spoke, as if we have known one another for years. Our conversations went on as if the seasons were changing with no disconnection of the line. Never could I have asked the Lord for anything more assuring or hypnotizing than the soothing tone of your voice and the words lingering off them. You made my days sunny even though the nights rained on endlessly.
We completed one another; you thought that no good woman existed and then you met me. How I long for you to know that the feeling is mutual, that I have never met a man that can read though me and explore my inner core. Please keep in mind that I will not take your heart, that I hold, for granted. I will replace it with mine, so you know I wouldn't be able to breathe without it.
You are a splendid jewel she released and I grasped. Never would I let a soul take you away or bring harm near you. The day I looked into the blue recesses of your soul - correction: my soul, I knew no force could ruin the joining of two souls.
Soul mates do exist and now I have learned that there is beauty behind all imperfections. It took us both years of hurt and pain and it has paid off. It's true when they say, "God makes you meet a few wrong people, before you meet the right one, so you will be able to appreciate and understand their worth."

Pang araw araw na buhay.
Dito sa work ....first I wake up early in the morning kasi dito po ako nakatira sa office namin..dba?ok...kailangan maaga ako gumising kasi maaga din pasuk ng mga ka workers ko....pagkagiing normally naghihilamus din nagsisipilyo...pagkatapus nagluluto ng pagkain...habang nagluluto nagwawalis at naglilinis..pagkaluto kakain then maliligo ako..siguro exactlly 7:00 AM dapat tapus na ako maligo at magbihis ng damit,..pagkatapus magbihis ng damit magwawalis ulit maglilinis sa office...then 8:00 Am trabaho na...tapus 12:00 lunch then 5:00 pag la OT tapus na work pero ako syempre dito na sa office tumitira syempre d muna ako aalis sa computer..pag nagugutum na siguro 7:00 pm magluluto na ako para sa dinner ko...pagkatapus mag dinner magsisipilyo..then balik ulit sa computer ko..magchachat..gagawa ng website blog...may cam dito sa office para ako nasa big brother house napanood ko yung sarili ko kapag natutulog at kung anu anu pa na ginagawa ko dito sa office...pwede na nga gawing pilikula..hahahaha..mga 11 pm matutlog na ko...yun...ganito buhay ko sa office ..malungkot pero kailangan ko labanan lungkot..para narin ako nasa ibang bansa sinasanay ko na aking sarili kasi gusto ko pumunta sa ibang bansa...ikaw anu ang buahy mo araw araw...may balak ka din ba pumunta sa ibang bansa,? ...

ako po si alvin..galing sa isang maliit na barangay masaguisi......dun po ako namulat ng magagandang paguugali...4 po kami magkakapatid...ako po panganay ..nagiisang anak na lalaki.....ang aking pamilya ay matuturing ko isang yaman..napakabait ng aking mama at papa..kahit si papa la trabaho..anjan parin siya para samin...siya househusband..ang mama ko namn po ay iasang magaling n teacher..npakabait ng mama ko..sobra...siya ang pinakaidolo kung babae..napka masayahin..madaming kaibigan..mapagmahal..makadiyos..lahat na ata ng katangin magaganda ay nasa kanya na...miss ko na family ko..kamusta na kaya sila? ang pamilya mo namimis mo rin ba?o baka namn hinde....
Malungkot ako
hay ang hirap pag ikaw ang panganay..lahat sayo responsibility...may sakit pa ata sa puso si mama ko..naawa na nga ako kay mama eh...ang hirap magtrabaho..,..tapus lahat ng sweldo mo para lang sa mga kapatid mo..pero ok lang ..alam ko namn na natutulungan ko sila eh...masaya narin ako..la na nga ako time para sa sarili ko....sabi daw ng ex ko..family daw ang focus ko kaya iniwan niya ako..ang sakin lang dahil ba dun..?d ata yun ah..kasi minsan nakita ko friendster niya may bago agad siya bf..nasaktan ako..ang bilis nga agad mag palit parang damit..ok lang yun..bata pa namn ako eh...dba?im only 21...o san kapa?ikaw? anu ba controbution mo sa family mo..minsan ba napasa mo rin sila..o baka nmn sakit ka lang ulo nila..?

graduation day..
napakasayang sandali ko ang panahon na gagraduate na ako..grabe d mo lam kung iiyak ka dahil iiwan mo na yung mga classmate mo...nakakamiss talaga...napaiyak nga ako...hay nakagagraduate din sa hirap ...may mga pagsubok na nalmpasan may hinde..pero masaya ako.at ito lumalaban parin sa hamon ng buhay....salamat sa mga taong umaalalay sakin..salamat..alm na ninyo kung sino kayo..
